My All Time Favourite Juice
This cleansing juice is great to incorporate into the morning of your daily routine. Super easy to make and packed full of flavour and nutrients!
The Cleanser - Makes a 500ml Serving:
3 Large Carrots
1 Apples
1/4 Lemon
1 Stick of Celery
1/4 Ginger
Handful of Mint
Method:
Add all your ingredients to a juicer and blend.
Then transfer to a glass and enjoy! Add some ice if you like to serve the juice cold.
Little tip: always juice the ginger last, it can tend to clog up the juicer pretty fast.
