I’m Jay! I have been a professional chef for over 15 years and I have specialised in plant-based cooking since 2012. Based in the idilic Cotswolds, I create plant-based food and juice programmes tailored to have an effect on a person’s physical and mental well-being. As a health-conscious chef, I love helping people discover and implement a healthy diet into their everyday lifestyle as I truly understand and have personally felt the benefits. If that is, someone using my blog to find a recipe for their evening meal a day or signing up for my 5-day Food Programme, I am so happy to see more people experiencing the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.
In my time as a professional chef, I’ve had a variety of jobs across the industry. I’ve cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens, catered at world renowned events, lush weddings and inspiring retreats all around the world. I have seen a considerable percentage of everything that’s out there in terms of eating and cooking. Some things left me in awe, others made me wonder. Everything that I’ve learned inspired me to create my own food and business centred around promoting a healthier lifestyle that is simpler and more sustainable.
