How To Make My Blood Booster Smoothie

Beetroot has been proven to help sports endurance and really helps oxygenate the blood and aid recovery, in juice form it is absorbed by the body fast and effectively.

The Blood Booster - Makes a 500ml Serving:

  • 3 large carrots

  • 2 apples

  • 1/8 pineapple

  • 1/2 large beetroot

  • 1/2 avocado

Method:

  • First juice the carrots, apples, beetroot, pineapple.

  • The transfer to your blender and blend with the avocado and some ice if you like to serve the juice cold.

    Little tip: always juice the pineapple last, it can tend to clog up the juicer pretty fast.
