The Blood Booster - Makes a 500ml Serving:
3 large carrots
2 apples
1/8 pineapple
1/2 large beetroot
1/2 avocado
Method:
First juice the carrots, apples, beetroot, pineapple.
The transfer to your blender and blend with the avocado and some ice if you like to serve the juice cold.
Little tip: always juice the pineapple last, it can tend to clog up the juicer pretty fast.
