Vegan Bounty Bars

A super quick recipe with only 5 ingredients that can be made in 15 minutes and tastes just like the real thing only ten times healthier.

Ingredients

Method

  • Melt the coconut oil by standing in warm water
  • Add coconut to the food processor with the vanilla paste and blend. Slowly drizzle in the coconut oil and maple syrup to bring it together
  • Either mould the coconut into the bars with your hands or pack into moulds or a clingfilm lined tray
  • Place them into the fridge to set
  • Melt the chocolate in a Baine Marie
  • Take the coconut bars from the fridge and coat with the melted chocolate
  • Garnish them as you wish and place into the fridge to set
