Ingredients

Makes 500g of fresh hummus:

  • 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas (drain and rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon (25g) of tahini paste
  • Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30ml of cold pressed rapeseed oil
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Method:

  • Blend all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender
  • Blend until you have a super smooth paste
  • If you prefer a thinner texture, add more oil to your mix until you get the desired consistency
