Smoked Paprika Hummus.

Homemade hummus is the best and super easy to do when you know how.

  • Cuisine: Vegan snack
  • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
  • Total time: 10 Minutes
  • Servings: Makes 500g
  • Requires: A food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas (drain and rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon (25g) of tahini paste
  • Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30ml of cold-pressed rapeseed oil
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  • Blend all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until you have a super smooth paste.
  • If you prefer a thinner texture, add more oil to your mix until you get the desired consistency.
