Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (keep other half for chopping.)
  • 3 tablespoons frozen blueberries
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of sun warrior protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10g coconut nectar (1 squirt)
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons muesli
  • 10 pecan nuts
  • drizzle of coconut nectar
  • pinch of desiccated coconut

Method

Blend:

  • half a banana
  • 3 tablespoons blueberries
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon sunwarrior
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 squirt coconut nectar
  • Fill up to 200ml of coconut milk on the jug with all other ingredients already in
  • Place you smoothie into the bowl and in the centre spoon on your 3 table spoons of muesli

Chop:

  • Half banana
  • Chop the pecan nuts (10) and scatter across the surface of the bowl.
  • Garnish with mixed seeds, desiccated coconut and a drizzle of coconut nectar
