“A Delicious Treat”

  • 2 cups Primrose kitchen beetroot and ginger muesli – SHOP
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 whole chopped banana
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 cups homemade almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar – SHOP
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Soak your chia seeds in your home made almond milk (check out my home made almond milk recipe if you don’t already make your own).
  • Add in your muesli.
  • Leave this to soak for around 5 minutes for the chia seeds to absorb a bit of the liquid.
  • Chop up your apple and banana and add it into your bowl.
  • Finish off with your salt, coconut nectar and cinnamon, tasting as you go to get it just how you like.
