How is my Plant-based Programme going to help you?

All the meals are cooked for you, packed for you (in bio-degradable and recyclable containers), and scheduled for you to eat them at specific hours, so you feel properly nourished and hydrated throughout the day.

What exactly is this programme?
It’s a whole week of plant-based eating, cooked and delivered to your door.
With the Plant-based Food Programme you will get:
All the meals, juices, smoothies and snacks are made using 100% fresh, locally sourced ingredients. (I am currently operating from Evesham, Worcestershire and my local supplier is based in Gloucestershire).
The programme is based on the principle of eating little and often. Each meal, drink and snack throughout every given day is labelled with a recommended time to be consumed at. In this way I want to make sure that your food is spaced out nicely for the day, to make things easier for you.
However, these are recommended times, so feel free to go with how you feel and follow that feeling. If you feel too full by the time of your next meal, you can postpone it. If you feel hungry during the meals, first make sure you don’t confuse your hunger for thirst, and second feel free to eat raw foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts or seeds to make sure you keep your diet as healthy as possible during the week.
The Plant-based Food Programme Menu
Day one:
- Vitamin C and B12 supplements
- Homemade buckwheat and sun-dried tomato toast with smashed avocado, pomegranate, and toasted pumpkin seeds
- Refresher Juice – Carrot, apple, lemon and mint
- Courgette noodles with a basil, almond and kale pesto
- Super Greens Smoothie – Cucumber, apple, kiwi, lemon, ginger, spinach and avocado
- Chocolate peanut butter power ball
- Sweet potato and red lentil Dahl served with cauliflower rice and tomato and red onion salsa.
- Probiotics
Day two:
- Vitamin C and B12 supplements
- Blueberry and almond smoothie bowl served with homemade date and apricot granola, chopped banana, pecans, chia seed and coconut flakes
- Energy Boost Juice – Cucumber, celery, apple, kale and lime
- Quinoa sushi with a miso dressing, avocado, cucumber and marinated tomato salsa
- Blood Booster Smoothie – Carrot, apple, beetroot, lime and avocado
- Smoked paprika and maple roasted nuts
- The Falafel Bowl – Chickpea falafels, pickled carrots, cucumber and dill hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, marinated kale and a butter bean and pomegranate salad.

Day three: Detox day!
- Vitamin C and B12 supplements
- Morning Blast Smoothie – Oats, blueberries, banana, coconut milk, juiced apples, coconut nectar and lime.
- Cleanser Juice – Carrot, apple, lime, mint, pineapple
- Green Goddess soup – Pea and chilli soup blended with cashews and fresh spinach
- Calcium Kick Smoothie – Cucumber, apple, pear, celery, spinach, lime, ginger and avocado

Day Four:
