My all time favourite Juice! Great balance of flavour and such a good combo bursting with nutrients!

Ingredients

This recipe makes approximately 500ml

  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 whole apple
  • A thumb sized piece of parsnip
  • A thumb sized chuck of ginger
  • 1/4 of a lime
  • 1/8 of  a pineapple

Method

Firstly Juice your:

  • Carrots
  • Apple
  • Parsnip
  • Ginger
  • Lime
  • Pineapple

Then put your juice over ice and serve.

Little Tip: Always try and use golden delicious apples they oxidize slower and taste best in juice.
