When it comes to developing better eating habits, the easy way is to add healthier foods and drinks to your diet, rather than force yourself to give up unhealthy foods overnight just to go back to your old habits a week later. Slowly but surely, your palate will get a “taste-over” and you’ll soon wake up craving juice for a snack – true story!
Drinking juices and smoothies (regularly) is the fastest way for you to start improving your diet. Drinking at least one (ideally two) of these a day will fill you up on vitamins and minerals, it will clean your gut and you’ll start feeling and seeing the benefits sooner than you think.
