Wellthy Bitch ; Escape to Ibiza

We’re going to Ibiza! This is going to be a magical week of everything to turn up the volume on life… 


 These Wellthy Bitch getaways aren’t about retreating from life, they are running towards things that make life feel more alive! A powerful mix of everything I’ve ever done that’s worked to make you feel energised, nourished, fit and truly vibrant.

Weaving together my love of yoga, fitness, food and life-coaching, this is not the place for deprivation or detox, this is RETOX! Retoxing your body with all the things I know to help a woman feel her very best.

7 nights accommodation

Your villa is a rustic hacienda of Bauhaus design, built by the late Ibizencan architect Erwin Bronner, whose own house is now a museum in Ibiza Town (how cool is that?). There are 5 twin bedrooms ready and waiting for you (one has an ensuite).

​This gorgeous villa sits in 20 acres of land which is filled with wild flowers, pear, olive, apple, orange and banana trees. To cap it all, it is nestled amongst a beautiful pine forest.

It features terracotta floors, tiered balconies and open fire places. It has a large living room area, and a spacious outside open plan terrace including our YOGA DECK where we will dine with the freshest, ripest and most nutrient-dense food made fresh by Jay Halford’s magic hands.

What to Expect

Every morning after yoga you will be served a brunch feast to see you through until afternoon tea and supper. Your supper is also served on deck, where as well as the incredible food on the menu is true community where we laugh and tell stories until you’re ready to reclaim your sleep listening only to the sounds of nature that surround us.

​Crucially through the power of coaching you will leave this adventure with a new-found sense of purpose and an action plan of where you are headed when you get back home. It’s truly powerful stuff and everyone deserves to live a life of fulfilment and more joy.

Your Host – SJ

SJ is an almost-certified Life Coach (accredited by the International Coaching Federation) & a fully-fledged integrative nutrition Health Coach having graduated from the largest nutrition school in the world.  She was one of the very first yoga guides in the UK having trained in Strala yoga, NYC by Tara Stiles, voted World’s Coolest Yogi.

SJ works mostly with 40+ women to help find their very own & unique balance in relationships, career, physical exercise & spirituality.  Her ethos has ALWAYS been:

“You can’t green-juice your way out of a life you’re not loving!”

SJ believes that once a balance is achieved then food choices automatically become better ones.    Feeling sexy, energised & nourished in life are the super-powers she will give you!

SJ is also qualified in Yoga medicine with Tiffany Cruickshank & in the blissful art of Yin Yoga with Norman Blair.  Helping men & women to truly relax is something she believes will super-charge the health of everyone-body & mind!

SJ’s master-plan is to weave the magic of life-coaching & well-being to help women find their true life purpose so they can unleash their inner joy on the world! 


Your Chef – Me – Jay Halford 

For me, food isn’t about calorie counting. It’s far more than that. Food is nourishment; it’s about giving people the knowledge they may not have access to so easily. I’m not a nutritionist, by any means, but I am a chef, a chef that can show you how to make amazingly tasty food that you want and enjoy.


Health & Fitness Guru – Leanne Yardley

Leanne has been getting the residents of Bristol fit and healthy, one body at a time.  Her holistic approach to fitness & health encourages natural movement and going with YOUR flow.  Leanne specialises in empowering women, helping them to achieve total confidence in their pursuits.  

Give her 30 mins, a bit of grass (beach!) and some beautiful sunshine and she will create a sweat-storm that’s sure to revitalise and make you feel empowered!
