Chia & Vanilla Pudding with Blueberries
- 250ml of almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of lucuma powder (a peruvian fruit)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder (cold-pressed and organic, where possible)
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Et Voila – the perfect breakfast!
