A real simple easy juice to get you started, but also extremely effective 🙂 Start off by using 50/50 ratio of fruit vs veg then as you juice more and more try to reduce the fruit and up the veg! 

Ingredients

This recipe makes approximately 500ml

  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 2 whole apples
  • 1 large handful of fresh spinach
  • 1/4 of a lime

Method

Simply pop all ingredients together into your juicer.

Serve over ice if you like your juice cool.

Little Tip: When juicing greens if you sandwich them between your two apples when you juice then you will get a lot more out of it than if you try to blend greens alone.
